Blue and Green Career
Pathway Fellowship

Exploring Careers for People and Planet

Exploring Climate Solutions. Empowering Future Leaders

The Green Career Fellowship Program is a hands-on learning and career exploration experience for high school and college students interested in building a more sustainable and equitable future. The program provides students with a strong foundation in climate literacy, sustainability practices, and the rapidly growing world of green and blue career pathways.

Fellows explore real-world climate solutions — such as those identified by Project Drawdown and Project Regeneration — and gain practical knowledge about the industries, roles, and training opportunities that support a climate-resilient economy. Through career research, expert interviews, writing, presentations and leadership projects, fellows will create original profiles of green careers that benefit both their personal growth and the broader community.
