2022 Junior Scientist Training Program - The Scripps Research high school summer program focuses on training students in basic laboratory techniques and the use of equipment to collect data. Students will design and work on a small research project and present their findings to their peers as a poster presentation at the conclusion of the program before receiving their certificate of completion.

Brown's Pre-College Program offers various summer programs for high school students. This unique opportunity allows high schoolers to experience a taste of college life at an Ivy League university. Courses run from 1 to 6 weeks long.
Service
L.A. Works Volunteer Associate Internship L.A. Works is an L.A. based nonprofit that focuses on meeting community needs through hands-on service. Areas of interest include: educational equity, food insecurity and mental health, homelessness, and environmental justice. Volunteer associates work closely with the directors and staff of each department on mission-critical projects as well as new initiatives. Associates also have a chance to participate in the planning and implementation of large-scale community service projects.
